Our Children’s Ministry continues to grow and stays active. Our Director of Children’s Ministry, Sara Joines, keeps our kids busy. Our Kids Alive program has a lot to offer such as Children’s Church during both our 9-and 11 a.m. worship services on Sunday mornings as well as Sunday School at 10 a.m., and Sunday evening programming for children ages three year through fifth grade. Our children also have various opportunities to participate in throughout the year such as our annual Easter Egg Hunt, Vacation Bible School, a Christmas play, and missions. We would love to have to join us. 

 

Kids ALIve!

Our Kids Alive! Sunday night programing follows the school calendar year and begins at 5 p.m. in our Education Building. Activities include children’s choir, dinner and a lesson.

*There will be no regular evening children’s programming in 2023 on January 1 and 15, February 12, March 12, April 9, May 14 and 28

 

Upcoming Opportunities

Join us on April 1 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. for our annual Easter egg hunt. Come out and enjoy a time of fellowship including Easter crafts, and a story. The egg hunt will take place on the church lawn in front of the main parking lot. A hotdog lunch will be served in Langford Hall.

April 22–Afternoon at Lazy 5 Ranch–The Children’s Ministry will be heading to Lazy 5 Ranch on April 22 at 1:15 p.m. The cost is $15 per person. 

July 16-19–All children ages three years to fourth grade are invited to join us for Bible School this summer. We will have dinner each night at 5:30 p.m. before we explore different Bible stories through, crafting, science, recreation and more. This year’s theme is “Hero Hotline: Called together to serve God!” Stay tuned for registration open dates. 

August 5–Back to School Bash–Come and enjoy free food, carnival games, snow cones, and receive free school supplies for the upcoming school year.
